Recommended:

Begin with taking Milk Thistle Herb Caps 10 days before consuming Myristin® andMyristin® Aid

 

If taking Milk Thistle in advance of taking Myristin®, two capsules of milk thistle extract three times daily with meals for ten days are recommended. For concurrent use with Myristin®, one milk thistle capsule with each Myristin® capsule is recommended.

Myristin® Dosage

As a dietary supplement Myristin® is used for a little over two months in most cases.

Three Myristin® softgels are taken daily with water on an empty stomach, about 30-45 minutes before meals, or just before meals if that fits your daily schedule better.

Three Myrist-Aid capsules are taken with each Myristin® softgel at lunch and dinner, and two at breakfast for a total of eight Myrist-Aid daily a little over two months in most cases.

1. Can I use CMO with the medications I use regularly?

Yes, There is no known incompatibility of any medication with CMO.

 

2. Will my diet affect CMO?

Some items do conflict with beneficial oils that cartilage in joints needs to remain healthy. These are carbonated cola beverages, tea, orange and grapefruit. It is helpful to avoid such

items for at least one hour before and 1 hour after.

 

3.Can I take CMO if I have allergies? CMO contains no preservatives, no sodium, sugar, soy, or cholesterol. It is not been known to cause

allergies in anyone.

 

4. How is CMO taken?

Best if taken on an empty stomach about 30-45

although some people will require less or more.
